SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) is the ideal tool for analysing any issue, proposal, practice or organization. Too often, people make up their minds on a topic without consideration and therefore react too emotionally. Good thinking depends on considering an issue for an extended period of time and applying a suitable structure for its consideration. For this reason, the SWOT Analysis can be used whenever rigorous thinking is called for. (Annual Licence)
